The Program consists of a Joint Fellows’ Reception, a Saturday Orientation session, mandatory two-day sessions each month, for ten months (February – November), typically the first Thursday and Friday of the month, from 7:45AM – 8:45PM on Thursday and 7:45AM – 5:45PM on Friday, and a Graduation ceremony. Additionally, each Fellow will be expected to attend at least two cultural events throughout the year. Dates are provided in advance for consideration and selection.
Sessions will be conducted in all three counties, but will be held primarily in New Castle County corporate and professional boardrooms. Elective events will be available. Spouses and significant others are not included in sessions, but are often invited to elective events.
