Casey H. Kenton is a life-long resident of Sussex County, a graduate of Milford Senior High School and Washington College in Chestertown, MD.

Kenton spent a decade working in the commercial real estate brokerage industry on the Delmarva Peninsula specializing in land development and investment sales and retail leasing where he established many lasting relationships representing partnerships, family businesses and corporate clients.
His commercial real estate experience eventually led to a management position with Investors Realty, Inc., a privately held real estate development company based in Dover, DE specializing in the management of a diversified portfolio of commercial real estate throughout Delaware and Pennsylvania.
Active in his community, Kenton is the Chairman of the Sussex County Land Trust, a non-profit conservation organization, dedicated to protecting natural, cultural, agricultural, and recreational resources in Sussex County. Since its inception in 2002, the Sussex County Land Trust has raised in excess of $4M in private donations and has preserved more than 6,000 acres in Sussex County. Kenton is passionate about land preservation and protecting valuable natural resources and believes there should be a healthy balance between preservation and economic development.
Kenton is an accomplished marathoner and long distance swimmer, completing the Great Chesapeake Bay Swim and the Marine Corps Marathon in 2015.
A music lover and avid outdoorsman, Kenton spends his spare time playing the banjo in a local bluegrass band and hunting around the Delmarva Peninsula.
Casey is married to his wife Heather and they currently reside in Rehoboth Beach with their son, Carson.
