LEADERSHIP DELAWARE, INC. ANNOUNCES NEW CEO
(Wilmington, DE) – Leadership Delaware Inc. is delighted to announce the appointment of Michael “Mike” S. Eppehimer as its new Chief Executive Officer, effective November 4th, 2024.
The selection process for the new LDI CEO was supported by a Delaware-based recruiting firm, resulting in highly qualified applicants. A Succession Planning Committee led the review and evaluation of the candidates.
Mike is a distinguished alumnus of the Leadership Delaware Fellowship Program, Class of 2013, bringing over two decades of executive leadership experience with him. His extensive background in strategic planning, operations, culture change, and talent development uniquely positions him to lead LDI into its next chapter.
Mike will work closely with the current CEO, Jen Cohan, to ensure a smooth leadership transition.
Mike has held several transformative roles throughout his career, recently serving as the Founder and CEO of ThreefoldYes Consulting in Hockessin, DE. His leadership has driven significant improvements in financial performance, capacity management, and organizational culture. Before this, Mike was the President and Chief Operating Officer of the ChristianaCare Medical Group, where he played a critical role in integrating and transforming a large multi-specialty medical group.
