John has been instrumental in the creation of a more sustainable financial model that has resulted in improved service performance and significant green investments including the expansion of alternate-fueled vehicles. Under John’s direction, new transit centers
have been opened in Wilmington and Lewes.

Along with navigating the impacts of the COVID-19 pandemic, John has led an effort to implement changes to support a multi-year reconstruction project on I-95 through Wilmington. Improvements associated with the change include a new bus lane, Wi-Fi on buses and at transit centers, and a simplified fare structure.
