Keisha Morris is an organizational development practitioner who has spent her career helping formal and informal leaders, organizations, and teams maximize their strengths, competencies, and capabilities in industries such as insurance, financial services, government, higher education, healthcare, and non-profit sectors. She currently provides organizational development and workforce management consultancy for a pediatric healthcare system where she uses her knowledge of talent development, learning science, instructional design, training delivery and facilitation, career and leadership development, research, coaching, diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging to successfully navigate the everyday workplace and career challenges.

Keisha is passionate about helping organizations and individuals grow to their fullest potential by maximizing their talents and abilities to impact their current environment. She believes that everyone is capable to bloom wherever they are planted.

Keisha resides in Delaware with her husband, Anthony, and her dog, Harley. She enjoys learning, listening to music, and watching sports documentaries and HGTV in her free time.
