Stephanie Wilhelm, Esq. Universal Health Services; Delaware Army National Guard

Stephanie A. Wilhelm is Associate General Counsel at Universal Health Services, a national healthcare system with almost 400 facilities and a Fortune 500 company. As Associate General Counsel, Stephanie provides health care transactional and regulatory counsel to senior executives. Stephanie is licensed to practice law in Delaware, Pennsylvania, and New Jersey and serves as the Secretary of Delaware State Bar Association’s Health Law Section.

Prior to joining Universal Health Services, Stephanie was an attorney at Stevens & Lee where she was a member of the Health Care Department and an attorney at Potter Anderson & Corroon, the oldest Delaware law firm, where she counseled Delaware corporations on Delaware corporate law.

Stephanie graduated magna cum laude with a Juris Doctor in 2014 from The Dickinson School of Law of The Pennsylvania State University. She also graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in 2011 from Columbia University where she majored in Economics and Statistics.

Stephanie serves in the Delaware Army National Guard as a Judge Advocate. She is a First Lieutenant and is assigned as Trial Counsel to the 261st Signal Brigade. Previously, she was assigned as Defense Counsel to Trial Defense Service where she provided trial defense services to

Soldiers facing military justice actions. She graduated second in her class from the 211th Judge Advocate Officer Basic Course and was awarded The Judge Advocate General’s School Award for Professional Merit.
