Robert “Bobby” D. Cecil, Jr., Esq. Tybout, Redfearn & Pell
Robert Cecil, a native Delawarean, is an Associate Attorney at Tybout, Redfern & Pell where he focuses primarily on civil litigation and debtor/creditor rights in bankruptcy. He also volunteers to provide pro bono legal services through Delaware Volunteer Legal Services and the American Civil Liberties Union. Bobby is a 2004 graduate of the University of Delaware, where he received his BA in Criminal Justice. While at the University of Delaware, Bobby studied abroad in Merida, Mexico, where he focused on politics of developing nations. Shortly after graduating from the University of Delaware, he attended Widener University School of Law, receiving his Juris Doctor cum laude in 2009. At Widener, Bobby served as president of the Moe Levine Trial Advocacy Honor Society, vice president and treasurer of the Widener Law Men’s Rugby Club, and also provided legal assistance to indigent clients as part of Widener’s Bankruptcy Law Clinic. Bobby is also a current volunteer for the Delaware Chapter of the Multiple Sclerosis Society, where he serves as a member of the Emerging Leaders Counsel.
