Todd Feeley is a lifelong resident of New Castle County who works for Parcels, Inc., as Director of Litigation Services for the legal services industry. Todd has developed a diverse and resourceful team at Parcels, who offer a unique combination of technology and service to law firms dealing with the daunting document management tasks related to litigation in Delaware’s nationally respected courts. Todd and his team assist with forensic computer collection, electronic discovery, litigation database hosting and trial document printing for all types of cases from hostile takeovers and corporate board disputes to patent and intellectual property disputes.
Growing up playing sports in Delaware, Todd understands the positive impact coaches can have on children and has always found time to coach youth sports – lacrosse at Wilmington Friends School and Brandywine Youth Lacrosse and rugby for the Delaware Rugby Foundation. Todd is a board member of the Siegel JCC and participates on the Finance, Nominating and Governance Committees.

Todd graduated from the University of Delaware with a BS in Business Administration and lives in Wilmington with his wife, daughter and son.
