Kira-Destiny’s mandates often includes the assessment of vendors and partners within her clients supply chain network. Kira-Destiny’s business model and client base is globally operational through her USA firm, PASS International LLC, based in Wilmington Delaware. In addition to corporations, her clients include State and City government departments in need of a confidante strategist and coach to implement transformational steps that address employee grievances, with the objective of reducing inefficiency, motivate communications and inspire collaborations.

Prior to setting up her first company in 2005, Kira-Destiny had been the Regional Director-Central Eastern Europe, for Euroforum Economic Summit Production company. Prior to that she was the International Trade Negotiator for Cambridge Office of Trading Standards in England. In both leadership roles, she was responsible for the performance of forty managers overseeing operational teams across the EU. Her tasks included enforcing trade regulations, monitoring business practices and arbitrating conflicts.
