Sharon Gaudino is the Learning Services Manager for Computer Aid, Inc. (CAI) in Newark, Delaware. Throughout her career as a corporate trainer and training consultant, she has worked for several Delaware companies including CAI, MBNA America, WSFS Bank, and Wesley College. As a Delaware native, she completed her schooling in Delaware’s public schools and continued to the University of Delaware where she completed an undergraduate degree in Psychology. Years later, she returned to UD to complete her MBA. She is a volunteer for the Ronald McDonald House of Delaware where she also serves as an active member of the Red Shoe Society committee. In addition, she is currently serving as member of the Emerging Leaders Committee for the Delaware Chapter of the Multiple Sclerosis Society. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, traveling, and staying active. She and her husband, Steve, reside in Pike Creek.
