Christine Sauers Better Business Bureau of DE
Christine Sauers is the President of the Better Business Bureau (BBB) of Delaware. In this position, Christine builds awareness of the BBB in the community, works directly with the volunteer board of directors, develops and carries out strategic plans, and works with other BBBs throughout the country. She also runs the BBB of Delaware Education Foundation that focuses its energies on educating underserved Delawareans. The Education Foundation’s primary function is offering an annual scholarship awarded to students that exemplify a strong commitment to integrity and ethics.
Christine is a member, and former Treasurer, of the Board of Directors of Easterseals, Delaware & Maryland’s Eastern Shore; a Trustee of Christiana Care Health System (CCHS) and a Member of the CCHS Nominating Committee. She also serves on the Corporate Committee for the Combined Campaign for Justice. Christine is a 2018 Honorary Commander in the Delaware National Guard. She previously held professional positions with several community-based organizations such as Executive Director of the World Trade Center Institute of Delaware and Director of Public Relations for the Delaware State Chamber of Commerce. Christine graduated from the University of Delaware with a B.A. in Political Science. Christine and her family live in Wilmington.
