
Lauren M. Daley Nemours/Alfred I. duPont Hospital for Children
Lauren M. Daley is a dedicated healthcare professional, and is a member of the leadership team at Alfred I. duPont Hospital for Children. She was born and raised in Philadelphia, but has called Delaware home since 2014. After attending Merion Mercy Academy, Lauren went on to earn a B.S. in Psychology from Ursinus College. In 2010, Lauren joined Nemours and has continuously expanded her leadership role in the organization. She has previously served in a number of roles at Nemours, including Business Manager within the Department of Orthopaedics, Continuous Improvement Associate for the Nemours Enterprise, and Performance Improvement Program Manager within Patient Care Services.
Lauren is currently the Administrator of Pennsylvania Primary Care; in this role, she is responsible for the financial, operational, and service excellence of the division. Her expertise and influence contribute to the organizational journey to provide children and families the highest quality care at the greatest value. During her time at Nemours, Lauren completed her MBA with a Healthcare Management Concentration (MBA-HCM) at Widener University. She is involved in a number of professional networks.
Of note, Lauren serves as the Co-Chair of the Widener MBA-HCM Alumni Council and is a member of the American College of Healthcare Executives. In her spare time, Lauren loves traveling, exercising, cooking, and spending time with her wife, family and friends.
