A resident of Chester County, Pennsylvania, Shannon Tumolo began her Delaware story in 2016. With 15+ years’ experience spanning Learning Development, Communications, Project Management, and Digital Marketing, Shannon is currently the Change Management Lead for a multiyear business transformation initiative at CSC, located in Wilmington, Delaware. A creative and motivated leader, Shannon’s focus is on the people side of change, and she has a passion for developing future leaders.
Actively involved in the local community, Shannon currently serves as CSC’s Charitable Ambassador for the Multiple Sclerosis Society, as well as a member of the Friends of MS Society. In her spare time, Shannon enjoys cooking, hosting, traveling, and may be found on the beaches of Delaware with her husband, Dave, and daughter, Aubrey.
