Crystin Liboma Nemours

Crystin Liboma received a Bachelor’s of Science in Nursing from Rutgers University in 2012. She worked as a nurse in Delaware and Philadelphia for five years before co-founding the Quality Improvement team within the nation’s largest pediatric primary care center at Karabots, Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia (CHOP). After beginning an MBA, she transitioned into Quality Improvement full time at CHOP, leading doctors, nurses, and staff to improve clinical care and operations within the hospital. As a Delaware resident, Crystin has invested her time in the Wilmington and broader Delaware community. She joined the Wilmington Urban League Young Professionals as a board member in 2017, completed her MBA at the University of Delaware in May 2019, and transitioned to the role of Continuous Improvement Specialist with Nemours in August 2019. Crystin is passionate about health policy, health equity and reducing racial disparities in healthcare, and in her spare time, she enjoys training her dog, Athena, reading, and traveling.
