Nancy is a Certified Public Accountant and a Senior Business Analyst in the Technical Services – Central Engineering group at Exelon. She is responsible for managing financial performances and leading a resiliency initiative to identify opportunities to help increase the customer experience and reduce the magnitude and/or duration of disruptive events.

Nancy graduated from University of Delaware in 2011 with a degree in Accounting and a
concentration in Management Information System. She began her career in one of the Big Four public accounting firms, Ernst & Young in the tax department. In 2015, she joined Exelon as an Auditor and she specialized in Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) compliance audit and process improvement.

Nancy is also a certified yoga instructor. She taught free yoga classes in Baltimore to better
connect with the community. As part of Exelon’s Employee Resource Group, she volunteers to teach virtual yoga classes and helps to promote wellness throughout the company.

Nancy currently resides in Wilmington, Delaware with her husband, Jason, and huskador, Ruby. In her spare time, she enjoys hiking, teaching and practicing yoga and working on house renovation projects.
