Joel M. Brown II, CEO of Arrived Leadership, is a highly sought-after executive coach, speaker, and advisor to organizations and leaders. He has extensive experience as an executive at several large healthcare organizations and as chair of the board for several multimillion-dollar non-profits. Joel is passionate about developing high-performing CEOs, entrepreneurs, leaders, teams, and organizations. He has received international recognition for his TEDx Wilmington talk "What's Next For You," as well as his keynote addresses, leadership and clinical lectures, publications, and podcasts. Joel is also a board member and Fellow of the American Association for Respiratory Care (AARC), Chair of the Board for Leadership Delaware, Inc.(LDI), an International Coaching Federation (ICF) member, and a Certified Executive Coach from the Center for Executive Coach.

Previously, Joel served in the U.S. Army Reserve as a Medic, Chair of the Delaware Department of Professional Regulation’s Respiratory Care Practice Council, and advisory board member for several state and community colleges’ respiratory care programs. He holds a BS in Biology/Respiratory Care from Millersville University, an MS in Health Care Management from Wilmington University, and a Lean Six Sigma Certification from the University of DE.

He and his wife founded The Brojora Foundation, a scholarship/mentoring foundation, demonstrating his commitment to giving back.
