As President of Silicato Development, Dennis Silicato has over 40 years of experience in commercial real estate and development. Dennis has developed Power centers, regional shopping centers, housing developments, industrial complexes and more.
He oversees each aspect of the development process personally, including the purchase of real estate, engineering, approvals, financing, construction and property management/leasing/sale. Dennis has become a master of commercial real estate processes and is able to execute large-scale land deals and real estate transactions at the highest level. Through his experience and approach, he has developed long-standing relationships with national and local corporations and retailers.

Dennis holds a degree in Business and Economics from the University of Delaware. He earned his CCIM designation, he is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), and is a licensed real estate broker in Delaware and Maryland. Dennis also sits on the Executive committee of Delaware’s County Bank. In his spare time, he enjoys golfing, gardening, watching sports and spending time with his grandchildren.
