Andrea Waters, LCSW, is the Mental Health Manager & Clinician at Pathways to Well-Being under Pathways to Success, Inc.Andrea has 34 years’ experience in the social work field and has partnered with many Delaware organizations and companies by interacting with children, individuals and families to help them maneuver challenges in life.

She is a native of Sussex County Delaware and obtained her Bachelor’s degree in Social Work from Delaware State University in Dover and her Master’s degree in Clinical Social Work from Virginia Commonwealth University in Richmond, Virginia with a specialization in Children and Families. Andrea’s care approach consists of acting as a supportive guide, educator, and therapist. She utilizes cognitive behavioral modalities with an ecological and strength-based focus.

Andrea’s life experiences fuel her passion to help others go above and beyond. She has been instrumental at Pathways to Success in providing grass-roots services and developing Pathways to Well-Being. This is a new comprehensive behavioral health service that extends beyond the office, encompassing coordinated intensive case management which eliminates barriers to service.

Andrea also Co-Pastors with her husband of 32 years at Redeeming Love Praise and Worship Center, Inc., in Milton, Delaware. She espouses the motto of Educator Rita Pierson: “Every Child Needs a Champion.” Her own motto is that “Every Family Needs a Firm Foundation.”
