Born in Kingston, Jamaica, Marsha emigrated to New Jersey as a teen, then later to Wilmington Delaware. She achieved a Bachelor of Computer and Information Sciences from the University of Delaware. She still resides in Wilmington, with her husband Mark and their two lively children.
