Ja’Nikka Caraballo is a Sr. Physician Recruiter, Inclusion and Diversity Lead at ChristianaCare. A graduate of Drexel University and Strayer University, she holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and a Master’s degree in Human Resources Management.

Ja’Nikka is methodical about her work in providing effective leadership and change management strategies. For over ten years, she has effectively transformed the healthcare space through thoughtful recruitment, utilization of external industries, and skilled market intelligence to bolster and advance the professional sphere. Ultimately, she has set the tone for an inclusive, diverse, and community-centered work environment.

As a dedicated member of her community, Ja’Nikka provides valuable resources for vulnerable youth as a Board member and alumnus of Delaware Futures & Network Connect, where she actively strives to empower her community’s youth to navigate life successfully. She’s proud of her deep roots with her husband and daughter in beautiful Delaware, a state she continues to enrich and improve with intentional care.
