Monica Melendez is the Marketing Team Leader for the Leads and Database Hygiene team at Corporation Service Company. An employee since September 2013, she is responsible for not only qualifying leads from all markets and channels but also maintaining the accuracy of their CRM data for their various sales teams. CSC is the world’s leading provider of business, legal, tax, and digital brand services to companies around the globe.

A second-generation Puerto Rican born in Wilmington, Delaware she graduated from Newark High School in 2007. Her goal is to bring education, awareness, and representation of the Latinx community to everyone around the world. She helped found CSC’s first employee resource group, the Black Employee Network (BEN), and she currently serves as a Co-Leader/Founder of the Hispanic Origin and Latinx American Network (HOLA) at CSC. Monica currently resides in Claymont, Delaware with her partner Shana, and 10-year-old son, Adrian. She also enjoys being a pet parent to their snake Sorrow, dog Lestat, and cat Marius.
