Clayton Hill, CCIM, CPM Emory Hill Real Estate Services, Inc.

Clayton Hill serves as the Director of Property Management for Emory Hill Real Estate Services, Inc. In this role Clayton oversees a team of Commercial Property Managers as well as asset management for a portfolio exceeding four million square feet of commercial real estate and approximately a thousand residential units. In addition, Clayton’s responsibilities include court appointed receivership work, as well as investment and lease analysis for the internal portfolio and third party clients. Prior to heading the Property Management Division Clayton was a commercial real estate agent for Emory Hill for five years and remains a licensed real estate agent in Delaware and Maryland.
Prior to joining Emory Hill in early 2004 Clayton worked in Washington, D.C. as Analyst for Walker & Dunlop in commercial mortgage brokerage and as Analyst for CIM Group in opportunistic real estate pension fund investment. Clayton graduated with honors in economics from Colgate University in 2000 and completed his Masters in Real Estate Investment from Johns Hopkins University in 2005. In 2010 Clayton gained his CCIM (“Certified Commercial Investment Member”) designation along with his CPM (Commercial Property Manager”) designation in 2011.
Clayton is an nine-time marathoner with the goal of running marathons in all fifty states and seven continents. Through these races Clayton has undergone an ongoing campaign to raise awareness and funds for several charities to which he has personal and passionate connections including the Leukemia Lymphoma Society of Delaware and the American Diabetes Association. Clayton is an executive board member of the Delaware Chapter of the American Diabetes Association and is on the planning committee for the annual Tour de Cure bike race held each spring.
