Anthony Delcollo, Esq. Offit Kurman

Anthony Delcollo is a life-long resident of the First State. Currently, Anthony works as an associate attorney at Offit Kurman, P.A. Anthony graduated from Salesianum High School in 2004. Active in scouting, he attained the rank of Eagle Scout shortly prior to beginning matriculation at La Salle University. Anthony was a member of La Salle’s Honors Program, and graduated with a bachelor of arts in Western Philosophy and Medieval European History, maxima cum laude, in 2008. Anthony graduated from Seton Hall University School of Law in 2011 with a juris doctorate, magna cum laude. Upon graduation from Seton Hall, Anthony was recognized for authoring the best paper written by a graduating student, entitled “Is and Ought: Ethics and the Constitutionality of the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act’s Individual Mandate.” Anthony is licensed to practice law in Delaware, New Jersey, and the United States District Court of Delaware. Active in his community, Anthony is currently a director for the Delaware State Sportsmen’s Association, sits on the executive committee for the Delaware Rail Splitters, is a founding member of the Delaware Association of Second Amendment Lawyers, and is an active associate member of the Associated Builders and Contractors. Anthony also enjoys teaching; he is an adjunct instructor at Wilmington University where he teaches a course called Legal and Ethical Environment of Business.
