Bill Babb, a native of Vermont, received a Bachelors of Science in Physics with a concentration in Mathematics from the University of Delaware. After graduation, Bill joined the Buccini/Pollin Group where he was involved in or led many significant redevelopment projects in Wilmington. The projects he managed received six construction excellence and innovation awards. Bill is a former United States Air Force C-5 Crew Chief. During his service he was deployed numerous times in support of Operation Northern Watch. Bill is an active member of the Associated Builders and Contractors Legislative Committee, which focuses on issues and laws affecting the construction community and promotes free enterprise. Bill is a proud husband and father. He is a private pilot and active hockey player.
