Bob Hill President, Emory Hill and Company
Bob Hill is President of Emory Hill and Company, and Vice President of Emory Hill Real Estate Services, Inc. In 1981, Bob joined with Clay Emory to establish Emory Hill and Company, and subsequently, Emory Hill Real Estate Services, Inc. Emory Hill has built and developed over 12 million square feet in four Mid-Atlantic states and has grown to be one of the largest and most reputable full service commercial real estate firms in the region. Bob is the immediate Past President of the University & Whist Club, President of the Arnold Fish and Game Preserve in Quebec, Canada, and Past President of the Delaware Contractors Association. He is a member
of the Delaware State Chamber of Commerce, and the Commercial-Industrial Realty Council. Bob is a former member of the Board of Directors for the Cancer Support Community Delaware, the Committee of 100, and Associated Builders and Contractors.
A graduate of the University of Delaware and the Sanz School of Language, Bob served in Vietnam as Mobile Team Leader in 1969-1970.
