Bryan Tracy is the CEO and co-founder of Superbrewed Food, Inc. Prior to this, he co-founded and led White Dog Labs and Elcriton Inc., which he founded directly out of graduate school.

Bryan is a technical expert in chemical engineering, microbial engineering, molecular biology, bioprocess development and scale-up. He has published 16 peer reviewed scientific articles and is an inventor on over 45 granted and pending patents. Over the past two years, he has focused on building
Superbrewed Food, which is an emerging company in human and nutrition. The company has operations in Delaware, Minnesota and Israel, and is starting up commercial production of several lead products at their production facility, NuMake, in Little Falls, MN.

Additionally, he serves as a technology to market consultant for the Department of Energy ARPA-E, is a founding member of the American Chemical Society Biochemical Technology Leadership Roundtable and is the board chair of the Delaware Sustainable Chemistry Alliance. Bryan is passionate about public service. He is on the board of the Forum for the Advancement of Minorities in Engineering (FAME), a Leadership Delaware Fellow and an inaugural mentor to Delaware Youth Leadership Network. Lastly, he is a proud fellow of Leadership Delaware!

Bryan received a BS in Chemical and Biomolecular Engineering from North Carolina State University and a PhD in Chemical and Biological Engineering from Northwestern University, where he was a NIH Biotechnology Fellow.
