Casey S. Melson CSC
Casey Melson is a second generation Irish descendent and native Wilmingtonian. She received her undergraduate degree in Political Science from University of Delaware in 2004 and Masters of Science in Human Resource Development from Villanova University in 2007.
Casey started her career as the Resident Manager at the Ronald McDonald House of Delaware for the duration of an expansion project doubling the size of the House. In 2005, she transitioned to CSC where she has held several positions in Human Resources and Leadership. Casey currently works as a Global Human Resources Manager leading a global team working with 1000 employees in 18 countries. Additionally, she leads corporate philanthropy for CSC. Outside CSC shehas been on the board of Teach for America Delaware since 2015.
In her personal life, Casey enjoys her time with her husband, John, a small business owner in Delaware, and their children, Luke and Logan.
