Christine Lowthert, Ed.D. is the founder of CEL Strategies and currently serves as the Area Director for the Boys & Girls Clubs of Delaware. She came to Boys & Girls Clubs of Delaware from Assumption University in Massachusetts, where she served as the Director of Athletics and was recognized for her excellence in service.

Her credentials include a Doctorate of Education with a focus in Higher Education Leadership from Maryville University. She received a Master of Business Administration from Duquesne University, a Bachelor of Science in International Business, and a Bachelor of Arts in Asian Studies from Indiana University of Pennsylvania.

Christine is an active part of the community, serving on the Board of Directors for two nonprofit organizations, The Fund for Women & Girls and Great Careers Group. With over ten years of success in building and leading collegiate athletic programs, she inspires a culture of integrity, positive communication, and operational excellence by bringing intentionality to prioritizing people and performance.
