Conor Nally is a native of Ocean View, Delaware and graduated from the University of Delaware with bachelor’s degrees in English and Environmental Studies. Conor’s career in Real Estate Development started when he worked with an Annapolis-based environmental development firm, where he worked on wetland rehabilitation and stream restoration projects. Conor then moved back home to Delaware to join the development team with Nally Ventures.

As Vice President of Development, Conor has managed commercial development projects throughout Delaware and the East Coast. His areas of expertise include project financing, site feasibility, construction management, site acquisition, and the entitlement process. Through Conor’s hard work and passion, he was able to start the community revitalization division within Nally Ventures. This division focuses on getting nonprofit projects financed, approved, and built so that they can be a catalyst for change in the community. Since launching this division, Conor has managed nonprofit projects including affordable housing, veterans housing, environmental protection, and healthcare. Conor currently serves on the boards of the Sussex County Habitat for Humanity, and the SNAC Garden Foundation.

Conor resides in Ocean View, Delaware where he enjoys spending his time with his partner, Taylor, and their dog, Zoe.
