Dana Santoro Chapman Wilmington University

Dana Santoro has worked at Wilmington University for the last 15 years, all within the Office of Institutional Research. She has advanced through the department, starting as a Data Specialist, progressing to her current position as the Senior Director. Dana’s department is responsible for collecting, analyzing, and reporting quantitative and qualitative data about all areas of the University. In her Data Governance role, she will lead and manage all organizational-wide data and will work to ensure all system decisions and planning meet the data standards guidelines as well as reporting needs of the community. She is involved with many committees throughout the University and is a member of her department’s regional and national associations. Dana is also an adjunct faculty member of the College of Business, currently teaching micro and macroeconomics courses. Dana received a BS in Economics and a Statistical Analyst Certificate from the University of Delaware, a MS in Information Systems Technologies from Wilmington University, and an EdD in Educational Leadership & Management from Drexel University. In addition to her career, Dana has a passion for helping children and is currently a mentor and the Vice Chair the Greater Wilmington Boys & Girls Clubs Unit Board. She is also a member of the Board of Trustees for the Clubs at the statewide level and serves on the scholarship committee. Dana resides in Hockessin, Delaware with her two sons.
