Danielle Socrates MBA, CPXP, is the Director of Performance Operations for the Beebe Medical Group. Danielle joined the Beebe Medical Group in 2019. She came to Beebe Medical Center from Geisinger Health System in Pennsylvania, a Joint Commission-accredited, Magnet certified, Integrated Healthcare organization where she was recognized for her successful leadership in quality & safety, strategic planning, interpersonal skills, and her ability to build strong, effective teams.

Her credentials include a Master of Business Administration with a focus in Hospital and Health Administration from the University of Scranton, Pennsylvania. She received a Bachelor of Arts in Health Administration from Wilkes University, Pennsylvania. She is a member of the American College of Healthcare Executives (ACHE) and is a Certified Patient Experience Professional in Patient Advocacy (CPXP). Danielle recently attained her Lean Six Sigma Green belt certification.

Danielle is a tremendous advocate for employees and patients and is drawn to the tie between culture and quality/safety. She has extensive strategic and operational oversight of the medical group’s overall strategy for performance, access, and patient experience. Danielle accepted an award on behalf of the Beebe medical group in 2021 for What’s Right in Healthcare in achieving exceptional patient experience by Huron Group.
