David Morris serves as the Executive Director for the American Heart and Stroke Association Delaware.  David has been in this role for three years, fighting cardiovascular disease and stroke in Delaware.  Prior to joining the AHA/ASA David spent three years as the Association Vice President for Development and Alumni Relations, increasing giving from $1.9M to more than $5M.  Prior to his role at Delaware Tech David served in various roles in Development and Alumni Relations at the University of Delaware for more than ten years, overseeing their marketing for Development, redesigning their leadership giving society and employee giving, generating more than $30M in support.

David earned his undergraduate degree in Marketing from Millersville University in Pennsylvania and his M.B.A. from the University of Delaware.  David is a resident of Middletown Delaware and has two daughters.
