Diane M. Ruth PSE&G
Diane Ruth is the Manager of Regulatory Accounting and Reporting at PSE&G. She is responsible for all regulatory accounting and reporting and related support for PSE&G’s regulated utility operations, transactions and other regulatory related matters, under GAAP and FERC accounting rules and practices.
PSE&G (Public Service Electric & Gas) is New Jersey’s largest provider of electric and gas service – serving 2.2 million electric customers and 1.8 million gas customers, or nearly three out of every four people in the state.
Previously, Diane was employed with Pepco Holdings, Inc. (a subsidiary of Exelon Corporation) where she represented the company at various state and local levels, including the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission and PJM Interconnection, Inc. Diane was also part of a team that established PHI’s rates for Network Integration Transmission Services.
Prior to joining PHI, Diane held positions with MBNA America Bank, N.A. and Bank One Corporation, where she was a key lead for various systems implementations, process re-engineering and regulatory reporting initiatives. Diane holds a BS degree in Accounting from The University of Delaware and is a Certified Public Accountant. Within her community, Diane has held the position of Corporate Director of The Charter School of Wilmington board, Board member of the Latin American Community Center and has served on Parish Council and various committees within her church, St. Catherine of Siena Parish. Throughout her professional career, Diane has been involved in supporting such programs as Junior Achievement, American Heart Association and the United Way. Diane is a native Delawarean and currently resides in Wilmington, Delaware.
