Erin Hutt, a Delaware native, has devoted her career to youth programming and community service. With a Master's degree in Public Administration from Strayer University and a Bachelor’s of Science in Marketing from Delaware State University, she has spent the past decade in various roles, including the founding of two successful nonprofit organizations. Through these initiatives, she has collaborated closely with grassroots and local partners to provide vital social services, educational programs, workforce development, and mental health support to youth and families.

Beyond her professional pursuits, Erin actively contributes to the community by serving on the Board of Directors for the Urban Bike Project. Her dedication to volunteerism extends to her hands-on involvement in responding to crises in places like Flint, Michigan, and Houston, Texas, where she has provided hope and assistance to those affected by environmental disasters.

When not immersed in her career and volunteer work, Erin enjoys her downtime on the beautiful beaches of Jamaica or cherishing moments with her most cherished person in the world, her son Tron.
