Helana Rodriguez Delaware State Chamber of Commerce
Helana Rodriguez is a Delaware native who is passionate about people and partnerships. As the Director of the Partnership, the Delaware State Chamber’s workforce development affiliate, she manages four flagship programs with the goal to develop and foster programs that encourage private sector involvement in workforce development and education: Intern Delaware, Superstars in Education, Principal for a Day, and the Delaware Young Professionals Network. Prior to this role, Helana was the events and marketing manager for the DSCC, where she advanced the organization’s conferences and networking events; some of which are the largest events in the state.
In addition to her responsibilities at the State Chamber, Helana has a heart for serving others and is an active member of the community. She serves on the Code Red team at her church, the Journey, which focuses on community outreach and volunteerism, and she has a passion for international missions. Since 2017, she has led a give-back initiative dedicated to providing nursing home residents gifts and visitors during the holiday season.
Helana’s greatest accomplishment is her family; she is a proud wife and mom to her son, Jace.
