Jenn Passarella ChristianaCare
Jennifer Passarella, MBA, is a Director of Primary Care Operations and the Department Director of Family and Community Medicine at ChristianaCare. She oversees the Wilmington Primary Care operations of the Family Medicine, Adult Medicine, and Pediatric clinical teaching practices, in addition to the core faculty and residents of the Family Medicine residency program.
Over the past 11 years at ChristianaCare, she has provided operational leadership for the community medicine practices including the school-based wellness centers located in Delaware middle and high schools, juvenile detention and correction facilities, the Swank Center for memory care and geriatrics, the William J. Holloway program for HIV and hep C, home visiting program, center for special health care needs, and the virtual practice. In addition, Ms. Passarella managed the community engagement and outreach and evaluation cores of the Delaware Clinical and Translational Research (DE-CTR)/ ACCEL program working to enhance community engagement within research. In addition, she managed special projects for the Delaware Health Sciences Alliance focusing on enhancing medical education, research, and global health across the State of Delaware.
Ms. Passarella holds a Bachelor’s of Science in Biology from Rutgers University and a Master’s in Business Administration in both Finance and Healthcare Management from the University of Delaware. She is also a certified Lean Six Sigma Green Belt.
