Jenna DiEleuterio, Ed.D Brandywine School District
Dr. Jenna DiEleuterio is a proud educator in the Brandywine School District! She works alongside amazing colleagues to design excellent learning experiences for all students, considering high standards, empirically based pedagogical practices, and individual student needs. As a middle school reading specialist, Dr. DiEleuterio has the privilege of supporting students in their reading and overall “human” development. Dr. DiEleuterio is passionate about meeting students and families where they are, fostering authentic connections, and seeking growth for all.
As a teacher leader, Dr. DiEleuterio is a part of her school’s Instructional Leadership Team, serves on the district’s English Language Arts Curriculum Implementation Support Team, Co-Leads the AVID (Advancement Via Individual Determination) Site Team, and guides the building’s Academic Multi-tiered Systems of Support for secondary/tertiary interventions and supports. During the fall months, she gets to coach Girls on the Run’s middle school curriculum, Heart and Sole!
Dr. DiEleuterio received her Bachelor of Science in Elementary/Special Education from Elizabethtown College in 2011. Shortly after, while working as the reading interventionist at the Kent Intensive Learning Center in the Caesar Rodney School District, she obtained a Master of Education in Reading from Wilmington University. In the Spring of 2020, she completed her Doctor of Education in Leadership from Wilmington University.
Dr. DiEleuterio deeply values relationships, learning, and continuous growth. She’s slightly obsessed with the work of Dr. Brene Brown and strives to live according to her definition of whole-heartedness.
