Jordan Perry

Jordan Perry Assistant County Attorney, New Castle County

Jordan Perry is a proud native of Wilmington and a graduate of the University of Delaware and Howard University School of Law. She currently serves as an Assistant County Attorney for New Castle County, where she prosecutes violations of the New Castle County Code and represents the Department of Public Safety in civil matters. She also spearheaded the development of Project SEED, a New Castle County Public Safety Initiative focused on neighborhood sustainability.

Jordan previously served as a partner with Jacobs & Crumplar, P.A., a civil litigation firm. She began her career as an Assistant State’s Attorney for Prince George’s County, Maryland.

Jordan is a member of the Delaware Barristers Association, a National Bar Association local affiliate, and served as President from 2014-2017. She created the Black Women Lawyers of Delaware in 2015, an informal group developed to create a safe space to share and network with black female attorneys living or working in Delaware. She is a member of the Multicultural Judges and Lawyers Section of the Delaware Bar Association and has also served on the Nominations Committee as well as the Superior Court Civil Rules Committee.

Jordan lives in Wilmington with her husband and two sons.
