Julia Durodoye is the Senior Executive Director of Resource Development at the Boys & Girls Clubs of Delaware, a statewide youth development organization that serves over 30,000 youth every year. In her role, she spearheads donor engagement efforts across the state. Prior to joining the Boys & Girls Clubs, she served as the COO at TeenSHARP, managing different facets of its operations. Before moving to Delaware. Julia was the Director of Development at the Boys & Girls Clubs of Southwest Virginia, where she helped expand the organization’s regional imprint.

Julia’s first non-profit leadership experience came leading Global North Texas in Dallas, Texas, a citizen diplomacy organization working jointly with the US State Department. As the Operations Director, she hosted prominent international leaders and helped them forge professional connections with their American counterparts.

Julia holds a B.A. in International Studies and a Master’s Degree in Public Administration from the University of North Texas. She is an active board member at the Latin American Community Center and volunteers as a mentor and Spanish tutor for youth in the City of Wilmington. She lives in the Cool Spring area with her husband Dr. Raifu Durodoye, and two sons Romero and Camilo.
