
Kimberlee A. Ilardi Whiting-Turner Contracting Company
Kim Ilardi graduated from Mount Saint Mary's University with a degree in Business and a Concentration in Marketing. After graduation, Kim joined The Whiting-‐Turner Contracting Company, where she is currently a Senior Industry Specialist, focusing on Healthcare, Senior Living, Sustainability and New Building Technologies. In 2004, Kim became a LEED Accredited Professional, one of the first within Whiting-‐Turner and became responsible for the coordination of Whiting-‐Turner's sustainability efforts. She is a founding member of the USGBC Maryland Chapter, and a past Board Member and Treasurer. Kim currently sits on the Delaware Valley Green Building Council's (DVGBC) Board of Directors, and is the Chair of the Delaware Green Schools Committee, which has just created and is managing the Pathways to Green Schools program to promote sustainability in Delaware. Kim has also been the Education Committee chair for both the USGBC Maryland and DVGBC Chapters were she coordinated education programs to share green building stories and best practices. Kim has also participated in other nonprofit organizations like Catholic Charities were she was involved with their Bi-‐Annual Dragon Boat Race competitions, to support various organizations. Kim lives in Wilmington, DE with her husband, and two young children.
