Embarking on a career path that started in Washington, DC, she honed her skills across diverse industries, including hospitality, real estate, legal, and finance. A transformative stint with Netflix’s Talent Acquisition team led her to California in 2018, reinforcing her belief in the undeniable impact of intentional inclusion strategies.

Currently, in the ed-tech world, Kimberly serves as the Head of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion at Coursera, an online learning platform, where she remains steadfast in her commitment to inclusivity. As co-founder of The Concrete Rose Collective, an investment firm with a vision for lasting social impact, she pours into the potential of the people and ideas around her.
