Kristin Pearce Simpson WSFS Bank
Kristin Pearce, a native Delawarean, is a Vice President at WSFS Bank in the Business Banking department working as a Relationship Manager. She has over 10 years of experience in the local commercial banking market. She works with business owners on a daily basis to help them to maintain and grow their businesses by providing lines of credit, equipment loans and commercial mortgages. She likes being surrounded by the business owner’s entrepreneurial spirit and enjoys playing a part in the growth of the local economy. Currently her focus is business development and relationship management of closely held family businesses primarily in New Castle County.
Prior to joining WSFS Bank in 2015, she was employed by M&T Bank/Wilmington Trust in a similar role focusing on government banking, healthcare, and middle market business lines. After graduating from Ursuline Academy, Kristin attended the University of Miami where she graduated with a degree in Finance. In 2013, she successfully completed her MBA from the University of Delaware.
Kristin has been involved with Serviam Girls Academy, a local tuition free, faith-based school for girls from low-income families, since its inception in 2008. She supports Serviam by serving on their Board of Directors. Kristin also serves on the Board of Directors for the St. Patrick’s Center, a non-profit organization that provides emergency food, meals and respite, clothing, transportation and recreational activities for people in need in Wilmington’s East Side.
