LeAnn M. Myers Westside Family Healthcare

LeAnn M. Myers serves as the Director of Quality Improvement at Westside Family Healthcare. She is responsible for providing direction and leadership for the clinical performance improvement programs throughout the Westside Family Healthcare network. LeAnn contributes to the organization’s mission and vision by planning, designing, studying and assessing organization-wide clinical performance improvement. She also supports the “Quadruple Aim” at Westside which focuses on enhancing the patient experience, improving population health, reducing cost, and improving the work life of the health care providers, including clinicians and staff. LeAnn also co-authored an article published by Children’s Hospital Association in their May 2019 on-line edition, featuring her work on managing the aggressive child in the ambulatory setting.

LeAnn received her Masters of Science in Nursing with a focus in Executive Leadership from Wilmington University in 2017. During her time in Leadership Delaware, LeAnn discovered her love of serving the communities in Delaware. She is currently active on the board for CHILD Inc., and the HELP Initiative, Inc., which are two non-profits dedicated to improving the communities in the first state.

LeAnn was the recipient of the Delaware Business Times 40 Under 40 award in 2020.

LeAnn lives in Delaware with her children, and enjoys running and the great outdoors.
