Leslie Johnson Bank of America
A native of Richmond, Virginia, Leslie Johnson is currently a Human Resources Executive at Bank of America. In her role, she is responsible for delivering the core processes and tools that enable managers in three global technology businesses to drive results for their businesses (i.e. talent acquisition, compensation, learning, performance management, etc.). Prior to Human Resources, Leslie managed in several different businesses at Bank of America (MBNA) including Collections, Customer Service, Marketing, Affinity Management, Loss Prevention, Learning, and Leadership Development. She holds undergraduate degrees in Rhetoric & Communication Studies and Sociology from the University of Virginia. She has always been committed to mentoring youth and community involvement. Currently, she is an Enterprise Co-Chair for the Parents and Caregivers Network, and a member of the Black Executive Leadership Council at Bank of America. She also serves on multiple committees as a member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc., an organization dedicated to public service, scholarship, and sisterhood. Leslie and her daughter reside in Charlotte, NC.
