Louis Saindon Sandler Occupational Medicine Associates, Inc. (SOMA)
Louis Saindon is a native Delawarean who attended St. Marks High School and started on the 1990 and 1991 state championship and nationally-ranked soccer teams. He is a veteran of the United States Navy and served at the North Atlantic Treaty Organization’s (NATO) Headquarters in Norfolk, Virginia and at Fighter Squadron TWO ONE THREE in Virginia Beach, Virginia.
Currently, he is employed at the United States Census Bureau and is a Program Analyst in the Strategic Analysis and Planning Office (SAPO). In SAPO, he is developed an employee engagement strategy for the Bureau and is part of a team looking at ways to improve employee morale, communication, creativity and innovation. Prior to working at the Census Bureau, Louis was the managed the marketing division for Sandler Occupational Medicine Associates, Inc., and was a project manager at Citigroup.
Louis completed his undergraduate degree at Wilmington University where he was the recipient of the General Studies Award and graduated Magna Cum Laude. Following his undergraduate achievements he earned his Master’s degree in Organizational Leadership.
He served on the board of the Delaware Youth Leadership Academy and was a committee member for the Delaware Youth Leadership Network. He also enjoys playing golf, exercising, and spending time with his wife, Jennifer, where they reside in Hockessin.
