Matt Lenzini Landis + Gyr

Matthew Lenzini serves as a Program Manager at Landis+Gyr. An industry veteran with more than 20 years of leadership experience building business plans, strategies, processes and managing large scale programs in the utility industry, Matt has a diverse background in business planning, project and program management, financial analysis, process improvement and cross-functional leadership. During ten years at Pepco Holdings Inc. (PHI), Matt was a Lead Project Manager over strategic initiatives and oversaw all aspects of the operation of projects and programs, developing, and supervising performance of project staff. He also has multiple years of experience formulating statements of work, requests for proposal, project plans, risk management plans, stakeholder analysis, and budget strategies. Matt regularly worked with business units and facilitated the development processes geared toward reducing past-due accounts, write offs and unbilled consumption. Additionally, Matt provided support for regulatory rate cases.

Matt is a graduate of Georgetown University’s International Executive MBA program (2007) and holds Bachelor of Computer Science degree from Regis University. Additionally, Matt is aMember and Certified Project Management Professional (PMP), Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, ITIL – IT Service Management Certified, Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE), Novell Certified Network Engineer 3.x, 4.x, and 5.x and is enrolled to take Level 3 of the Chartered Financial Analyst program.

Matt is Chairman of the Delaware Colonial Region Republican Committee, Co-Founder of the National Tailgating Association and Varsity Motor Coach and Secretary and Executive Committee Member of the National Multiple Sclerosis Greater Delaware Valley. Mr. Lenzini is also on the Advisory Council for the Caesar Rodney Institute.
