Matthew Windsor is the Area Director for Southern Delaware YoungLife, as well as the student ministries director at Eagle’s Nest Church in Milton, DE. He is married to Erin Windsor and they have three children, Noah, Ellianna, and Thompson. Matt and his family came to our community by way of the Eastern Shore of Maryland where their families still reside. Matt has a teaching degree from Salisbury University and has been working with students for over 20 years in educational, coaching, nonprofit and local church roles. He has been with Eagle’s Nest Church for the past seven years working with students and young professionals ages 12-30. In that time, he has assisted students and young adults to take steps toward leading their peers, pursuing careers, and leading in community efforts. Most recently he has been leading the charge to bring YoungLife back to Southern Delaware, he joined their staff in January of 2018. As he continues to cultivate an attitude of excellence and a heart for serving the community, Matt expects to have an even greater impact in Sussex County and the state of Delaware. He has helped develop and place teachers, nurses, public servants, young professionals and nonprofit workers in positions of ever greater responsibilities. Matt has a passion for resourcing people and ultimately empowering people to achieve the lives which they deserve. It is obvious that Matt’s faith in Jesus and his passion to share it with students, leaders, and anyone he meets in a very practical way is what orders his life.
