Meghan Livingston serves as Deputy General Counsel for Nemours Children’s Health, one of the nation’s largest pediatric health systems. Meghan is responsible for legal matters that impact Nemours Children’s Health operations in the Delaware Valley (i.e., Delaware, Pennsylvania, and New Jersey), including corporate and regulatory issues and transactional matters. Meghan also oversees the Office of Contract Administration and the Request for Vetting Process for the Nemours Children’s Health enterprise. Meghan is a valued resource to other leaders in the Delaware Valley and directly advises Delaware Valley executive leadership. Prior to joining Nemours, Meghan served as in-house counsel for a large post-acute provider. She also practiced law in the bankruptcy and health law groups of Stevens & Lee, P.C. with a focus on corporate healthcare transactions, as well as fraud, abuse, and regulatory matters. She is a member of the American Health Law Association. Meghan graduated from Penn State Law and holds an undergraduate degree from the University of Delaware in biochemistry. She lives in southeastern Pennsylvania with her husband and two children. In her spare time, Meghan likes to be outdoors with her family and cheer for Penn State football.
