The Honorable Melodie Spotts pandemic-escaped full-time to Orlando, FL with her husband and 3 children, fulfilling a lifelong Floridian dream. Now minted as a local expert to the Windermere, Lake Buena Vista, Dr. Phillips, and Kissimmee areas, she currently creates magical memories for families and groups as a boutique travel planner for her own Neverland Travel Group, which specializes in personalized Disney and Universal escapes. Melodie is a part-time Disney Cast Member creating happiness inside the Magic Kingdom for The Walt Disney Company. Modeling to her daughters they can do anything at any age, she is finally back in school part-time, completing her Bachelor's in Communications at Wilmington University Online. Having said a final goodbye to Delaware, Melodie and her family detoured to gorgeous Charleston, SC for two memorable years, soaking in the rich beauty the low country has to offer. Formerly, Melodie is a twice-publicly elected active School Board Vice-President of the Colonial School District. She served as the board project manager for the Superintendent Search Commission and as a multi-year member of the Delaware School Board Association Legislative Committee. She also has a decade of full-time customer service experience in higher education and the Department of Education at Wilmington University.
