Michael Laureano is currently a Vice President at TD Bank, N.A. managing the highest volume branch in the Delaware State Region. With over 10 years of banking and management experience, Michael has held many positions within retail banking operations. As the Branch Manager, Michael is responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with his Consumer, Small Business, and Commercial clients while ensuring the staff create Legendary Customer Experiences. Michael also takes part in Market Leadership, by previously acting as the Money Out Team Lead and Talent Acquisition and Employee Engagement Lead for the Delaware State Region of TD Bank. In his role as Money Out Team Lead he was responsible for the training and development in consumer lending products for store personnel statewide. As the Talent Acquisition and Employee Engagement Lead Michael was responsible for the growth and development of team members statewide looking to advance in their careers. He has recently stepped into the role of Strategic Development and Implementation Lead in which Michael works closely with fellow regional and market leadership towards effectiveness and efficiency in reaching and exceeding metrics set forth by the organization.

Michael also served in Military where he completed eight years in the Delaware Army National Guard as a Military Policeman in the 153rd Military Police Company. During his military contract, Michael supported many initiatives which included Operation Iraqi Freedom where he provided convoy security throughout the country of Iraq. Michael currently resides in Middletown, DE and commits annually to volunteer in events such as Over The Edge which supports Special Olympics Delaware. Michael is committed to giving back to his community, and has an overall passion for continuous personal and professional growth.
